Health is not an EXACT science!

 

There is no “one size fits all” approach to health and wellness.  

Most approaches to healthy eating focus on calorie counting, no or low carbohydrates, low fat/ high fat, no dairy, no gluten, restricted protein/ high protein….and the list goes on.  This can be very confusing and can lead to fad dieting that does more harm than good.

Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good/ bad foods, I collaborate with my clients to identify and establish a blueprint for their unique constitution.  This recognizes their bio-individuality (uniqueness/ magnificence) and nourishment requirements ON and OFF the plate.  

Incorporating targeted and gradual changes over time, through the process of connecting to the body, I coach/ support clients to use and trust their intuition.  The body ALWAYS knows!

What is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach?

 

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a professionally trained individual who works with Clients to achieve ORGANIC transformation by focusing on nutrition and well-being. 

We guide/ support Clients to ‘connect the dots’ between their physical and emotional needs and take the necessary actions to move in the direction of their hopes and dreams.  

Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches help Clients cut through all the contradictory health information that’s out there and identify what nourishes them both on and off the plate. 

I honour the process of organic transformation through supporting Clients:

·      understand what nutrition works for them so that they can feel better

·      build self-awareness of feelings, mindset and behaviours so that they can stop sabotaging their health both consciously and subconsciously

·      explore areas of life that might be out of balance and take inspired action to rectify

·      set effective and achievable goals with an action plan and celebration at the finish line

·      identify perceived barriers and address these

·      implement healthy lifestyle changes that are congruent with bio-individuality

·      be accountable through encouragement and promotion of self-responsibility to feel better and do better.  Building momentum until they are thriving!

I consider the bio-individuality of each Client to develop a unique and personalized approach (blueprint) to support their health and wellness transformation.
